Diana
Diana brings over two decades of experience in fitness, movement, and yoga to her teaching. With roots in functional training, she owned and operated a vibrant outdoor boot camp and led high-energy classes with live DJs—merging strength, rhythm, and community. A dedicated yoga practitioner since 2001 and a certified 200-hour Vinyasa teacher, Diana continues her lifelong path of caring for the body as both a yoga guide and a nurse. Her nursing background deepens her understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and holistic well-being.
Diana’s classes are playful and curious, yet grounded in purpose. She guides Vinyasa flows and meditations that emphasize spinal health, joint lubrication, and proper alignment—especially supportive for high-impact athletes and those with active lifestyles. With a strong foundation in both movement and medicine, she invites students to explore mindful, intentional movement that nurtures the body and soul.
