A $400 non-refundable Early Bird deposit reserves your place for Root to Rise 2027. This deposit is applied directly towards your complete retreat cost.

Choosing Your Room

Your $400 deposit secures your place on the retreat, but it does not reserve a specific room.

After joining, we’ll connect with you personally to talk through available rooms, pricing, roommates if applicable, and what feels like the best fit.

To reserve an available room or bed, your total payments must reach 50% of the complete retreat cost for that accommodation.

Your original $400 deposit counts toward that 50%. It is not an additional charge.

Once you’ve selected an available room with us and your payments have reached 50%, we’ll confirm the room as Reserved for you.

Room choices become more limited as participants reserve accommodations.

Joining during Early Bird gives you the opportunity to begin the room-selection process while more options are still available.
