🎒 What to Bring

Less is more ✨ Packing light is highly encouraged, as there are no cars in Yelapa and you may need to carry your belongings to and from the property. The good news is that you really don’t need much. Just the essentials.

Yoga mats and props are provided at Pura Vida, so you’re welcome to leave yours at home if you’d prefer to travel lighter. We will also be providing journals for your thoughts and towels for the beach/pool/showers.

Here’s a helpful packing list:

  • Lightweight, breathable clothing
  • Yoga clothes
  • Swimsuit
  • Comfortable walking/hiking shoes or sandals-no hiking boots necessary
  • Flip flops
  • Light layer for mornings/evenings – it will be warm at night so skip the jacket
  • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen)
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Small backpack or day bag
  • Flashlight or headlamp (very helpful at night!)
  • Cash for lunches/shopping/extras. There are no cash machines in Yelapa and only a few places accept cards.
  • Any personal items or medications
  • A small item for our group altar (something meaningful to you—crystal, photo, token, etc.)
  • Something white to wear for our group photo 🤍
